Students don't vote. Plain and simple. They are a giant, steaming pile of apathy and lethargy.

I have voted in every election since I turned 18. Most of my friends in college voted regularly also.

Students are busy. So are adults in general. As the election approaches I have spent a hour tonight researching the issue that will be on the ballot in 2 days. The election is important to me. Maybe more important that the other 10 things I need to get done on this Sunday night. The press and government make it difficult for people to read about the issue and make an educated decision. Maybe this is why not only students do not vote but also a large percentage of the adult population.
