...because someone TRIED to escape from them.

Does that mean no more prisons, because of the constant flow of escapes from THEM?

Once again we are forced to wonder just which planet the Utah corrections officials live on!

Let them get out and work if they're behaving, and if they do something stupid like try to escape or get drunk, then you lock them back up and don't let them out like you were about to. Serve them up as examples to others so they know not to try it.
