Affordable housing is Utah goal

Interesting how the term "affordable housing" has replaced GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED HOUSING....

It is not the governments role to spend our tax dollars on artifically cheep housing to support artifically cheep labor (illegal immigrant workers). In a free market system it's simply not sustainable!

So where is the Utah Realtors Association? They make claims to be so much for affordable housing yet they are no where to be found. Guess there is no enough in their 6% or "business interests" to participate or actually do what they say they support.

This is an initiative that has been a long time coming and it's wonderful to see that someone with the necessary expertise and experience is willing and prepared to move forward with it. Kudos to the Lotus Community Development Institute!
