Good, I think they should subpoena him and make him be held responsible.

Amazing that now it takes a subpoena -- before he wouldn't shut up for anything.

They might want to ask him about the bill that his employees left at a hobby shop in Orem for a radio control unit to go underground. They left two guys high and dry and holding the bill. These two guys dropped everything they were doing and used car kits that could be dropped down into the mine. They said "Use whatever you need and let us know what we owe you". These men did not get compensated for time or equipment.

Bob's used to throwing his money around to get his own way. He's also prone to suing anyone who tells the truth about him. He's a typical coal industry bully who operated throughn threats and intimidation. If it wasn't for our mine being Union we might be the ones killed under the roof fall.
