The Utah debate community admires Hal a great deal. I personally think he runs the best tournament in Utah. He treats everyone with respect and courtesy and he puts the education and experience of the students as the top priority. Try and buy that with a voucher.

I work around the corner from Hal. He is a true advocate for education, the profession, and the well being of all students. What a great honor to bestow on this great educator. Congrats Hal! Long overdue.
