SUWA doesn't represent my interests. Can I intervene? I'm tired of the SUWA elitists

How SUWA believes it prevailed is a joke. They were DENIED intervention (the en banc court REVERSED the panel decision). SUWA ought to obtain new counsel if it believes it was successful. Hey SUWA, your concept of an interest is laughable. Under your view, anyone should be able to intervene in this suit and we would have a 100,000 party case.

Can I intervene in shutting the SUWA up?
They are a bunch of elitists who meddle in things because it is fashionable. In doing so, they ruin lives... Where I am from, they've locked the coal miners into deposits that have been mined for generations and denied them access to places where the coal is safer to get at. In doing so, they have the blood of at least 9 men on their hands. Crandall wouldn't have even been open if it wasn't for the SUWA halting the opening of Lila canyon with court challanges. I believe in reasonably taking care of our wilderness, but these people are a bunch of elite-ist extreme-ists doing what they do out of fashion and to separate themselves from the rest of us who don't have the luxury of sharing in their twisted ideas.
