The Feds,SUWA,& the Sierra Club have long interfered with the State of Utah and our local issues. They practically own most of our wilderness and there is big money out east and in Washington to keep it that way. Fight on San Juan County, for our own back yards we have long enjoyed. Run these intruders off. Study the methods used in the Elko, Nev. area ranchers and locals to see how it is done.
God bless you. Go San Jan, No, SUWA.
Am I missing something here? This headline says the appeals court allowed SUWA to intervene. But the ruling says the SUWA "is not entitled to intervene as of right" and affirmed denial of the SUWA's application for permissive intervention.
