Both sides in this controversy make sense to me. Couldn't there be a fair compromise? I can see where the witnesses may feel intimidated by the reporters' presence. However, the public won't rest until we know what really happened. We all have our suspicions and need to know the truth. Waiting months for the limited transcripts doesn't seem right either. Could there be only a few reporters allowed in the hearings, or could the full transcripts be released?
