A secretive conservative networking group. Would'nt that just be anotherway of saying a secret combination?

Thank you Kevin! Also, in case anyone is wondering about Mitt Romney's ability to take an oath to defend the Constitution please note the following from a news article in April: (google for the reference)

"Crane asked if Romney believed the president should have the authority to arrest U.S. citizens with no review. Romney said he would want to hear the pros and cons from smart lawyers before he made up his mind."

How can someone who has held leadership positions in the LDS Church, a church with a long history of official utterances claiming its stand on the divinity of the U.S. Constitution even make such a statement? Does he not realize that any answer except an unequivocal "No!" is tantamount to treason?

What a disgrace. A newspaper editor attends an event featuring the most secretive and nefarious vice president in American history and doesn't write about it or allow his reporters to interview him. That's excactly the kind of behavior that allowed the Bush Administration lead us into the quagmire in Iraq.

I don't see why they can't support Huckabee. He is the only GOP conservative candidate that is pro-life and pro-family, he supports an amendment to ban gay marriage and openly opposes the theory of evolution. What else do they want?

What a sorry excuse for a newspaper. The editor is by association simply in cahoots with Cheney by breaking bread with the Vepp on the Veep's terms. The free press is under massive assault in this country from those who find it inconvenient. It's pathetic that a supposed top editor is a part of the process.

One simple question that the Deseret News obviously won't address:
How much of my tax money goes to support the veiled conclaves of Cheney in which policies that involve all of us are discussed by a secretive club of boosters?

I guess we can't trust the editor of this newspaper.
