TAx cuts help the war on poverty give people more to spend and employ people thus reducing property. To defend the country not offend but defend it we do need a strong military.
We can survive without programs like schip and if it was not available I am sure many people would be more self reliant and not depend on what is not there's.
And churches, extended family and private charity will provide for those truly in need when in need. Not a government redistribution that is confiscated involuntary and given to someone else. Most cases that is called theft.
