Somehow, I knew the headline from the Bush speech wasn't going to be quite the truth. Those "troop reductions" were going to happen anyway because there's no one in line to replace the troops coming home. A year from now the troop strength will be what it was a year ago. "Success" has nothing to do with it, unless he's referring to the success of winning elections. Keep training your sons for desert warfare.
