The political ramifications of the Larry Craig scandal notwithstanding, this case should serve as fair warning to married women who just assume that their husbands would never engage in this kind of behavior. "Cruising locations" such restrooms, parks, and roadside rest areas are EVERYWHERE. They sometimes attract closeted Gay men who are looking for no-strings-attached sexual encounters ... but they also attract a lot of men who don't even think of themselves as Gay or bisexual, men who often are happily married with wives and children, but who like to occasionally have sex with other men. This phenomenom has been well-researched, most notably by sociologist Laud Humphreys. The Larry Craig case fits in with this so-called "tearoom trade." So to all the married women out there: Next time hubby says he's out bowling ... you might want to think twice.
