Cedar Hills boosts its property taxes

Not too thrilled about this seeing as we just committed to buying a house in Cedar Hills. I'd sure like to know the grand plan here. Once taxes are raised, it's pretty unlikely that they will really ever go back down.

But, taxes in UT are much cheaper than in other areas of the country, so I guess I can't complain too much... still bites.

The fact that the idiots who approved that rediculous golf course in the beginning now has it as a weight strapped on the residents backs for years is absolutely intolerable. Everyone in Cedar Hills should join in litigation against everyone involved in pushing that dead weight on innocent residents and get that ludicrous thing paid for and developed into something worthwhile. It was one of the dumbest ideas in the history of this area and anyone associated with it should be held responsible.
