May you have peace at this time. This wonderful man filled the measure of his creation by being remembered by many loved ones who cherish his existence. His sacrifice will be rewarded greatly by our Heavenly Father.

God bless this son, dad, husbsand, and HERO Dale "bird" Black. He will be remembered along with the others who were killed and injured and last, but not least our trapped miners.

That's what we do. We take care of one another. When one of us is in trouble, we should put out all we have to rescue the ones in danger. If we are in danger, too, that is part of being human. I can't say we as miners because I am not a miner, but God bless all the miners who give their all entering a known dangerous situation to rescue one of thier own. God Bles Dale Black, and all the great men like him. May he watch over each and every one of you.

It's been 7 months since my uncle Dale died in the Crandle Canyon Mine.
I think about about him often...more then I did when he lived.
I miss him! Forever my favorite Uncle...always my hero.

I'm wondering what kind of vehicle you're driving up in heaven!
I can only imagine what you've put together. Miss those joy rides!

I'll see you again Dale.
