When is RSL going to realize that the Jason Kreis as coach experiment has been a failure? After watching the team play a lackluster at best game last night (the sad fact is they were severely outhusseled) it's time to send Kreis packing. All we heard at the beginning of the season was how RSL needed to make the playoffs- I'm not seeing it happpening any time soon. While Kreis was a great player, he played 2 years too long and his new role as coach and evaluator of talent shows that Dave Checketts has no idea what he is doing with the team.

Last night was a new low. For the first time in franchise history I left my seat before the game was over, unable to stay for such a heartless performance. But don't forget what Kreis inherited, and how little time he's had. The team has shown glimmers of hope, and more energy than they ever had under Ellinger. Give him our last 12 games, an off-season, and the start of next before judging the team's potential. A message to the team - play your hearts out and we'll be there and support the rebuilding. Fight in every tackle, run down every ball, always go for one more goal. But we can't stay for last night's (lack of) effort.

I agree. I was at the game and was surprised that a team with so much to prove was playing like they didn't have anything to prove. I was hoping to see energy and hustle, but except for a few moments, there wasn't much energy there.

I was at the game Saturday night and I was surprised at the lack of passion and energy RSL played with especially in the second half. I saw on several occasions where everyone was standing still waiting for the ball, no one made runs, no one went back to the ball. This is sad when RSL has had all this time off to rest. I guess it was just too much time. Findley had a great shot in the first half and just disappeared in the second. Beckerman was the only player I saw that continued to play tough and try to make something out of nothing. If this is the team that will open up the stadium next yr, I feel bad for all the fans.
