Comments about ‘Lights guided early airmail planes’

Thanks for the interesting article. I've started reading Ernest K Gann's book 'The Aviator' which deals with an early mail flight and started my interest in this. It must have been both dangerous and exciting in those days starting new ideas and trying to make them work. It is so easy to type an e-mail and send it to the other side of the world in seconds.
