"GO JORDAN TAKE STATE" 2008

not jordan fan.. NORTHRIDGE FAN!

NORTHRIDGE WOULD HAVE WON THIS GAME IF IT DIDNT GET STOPPED!!! AND ALL THE FANS KNOW IT!

J fan for lyfe

No way northridge would of won the diggers had the ball and the momentum with 6 mins left they would of scored and the score would of been even worse if the game did not get suspended

GDP 4 Life

Jordan owns. They for sure woulda won even if it didnt git called.

Realist

Jordan won this game fairly. They had the ball when the game was called and had just pounded out a 6-plus minute drive. They would have done it again and won. Sorry Northridge, that is two years in a row that the Beetdiggers have barely beat you. Better luck next time. And by the way, maybe you should triple team Raymond, he is phenominal.

Ray

Nobody know's if Jordon would of won or not.
Northridge said let's finish the game saturday and Jordon declined they won by the skin of there teeth and knew if they had to finish it the out come would be different.

j fan for lyfe

why would anybody want to play a game the next day anyways jordan won fair and square

digger5

Jordan will win state this year hands down, NORTHRIDGE needs to stop crying, TWO YEARS IN A ROW NOW THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING. line up and play ball!!!!

???

Fortunately this was't a region game and Thank heavens that there is no BCS for High School ball! All teams are created EQUAL in the playoffs as evident in Jordan's defeat last year against PG. The Jordan Faithful hope that this years team (and coaching staff) can shake that monkey off their back!
Congrats on the Win. Go Diggers!

No one really knows what would have happened during those last 6 minutes. What I do know is Jordans pre season is lined up with some tough teams. It will be fun to watch the line up with Putnam and Raymond this week. Both of these kids are getting looks from D1 schools. Cody seems to find a way to get open and Putnam has great speed and size. Putnam also starts at Safety and will most likely be covering Raymond. Putnam will have to watch out for Raymonds jukeing and Raymond will have to watch out from Putnams hard hitting. Hope everyone this week stays safe and has a great game.

.

It was 3rd and long when the game was delayed. All Northridge had to do was hold them and they would have had the ball back. They could've easily gone down and taken the lead, its too bad the lightning stopped the game.

nridge football fan

good thing it was only a preseason game. could've gone either way...wasn't a fair win for jordan...ANYTHING can happen with seven minutes in a high school football game. we'll see how good jordan does in region..they'll get get they're butts handed to them

northridge

all this is gonna do is help northridge! braden mitchell proves to be a legit quarterback...with a back like froelich and a receiver like hansen the knights could go far this year. GO KNIGHTS!!!!!!

Jack Johnson,

for all you jordan fans, give me a break... 6:56 left thats 7 minutes in my book it was third down and northridge was about to get the ball back, they were driving the ball on jordan's weak defense all game why couldn't they do it one last time? Cody Raymond, WOW.... Everyone talks about teams and other athletes being overrated, that kid is most overrated in state no doubt, if you saw the game all jordan did was run little screens and short passes to raymond, northridges safeties for I have no reason were playing 10 to 15 yards off the ball anyone can run in the open field.

Watch out for last year's super Soph's... Northridge would have beaten Jordan who didn't look very strong. BTW - the screens are linebackers responsibilities, not safeties...

Signed, Father of the best safety in UT...

ha ha the best safety in utah okay northridge was not looking very strong at all either. All the hype about froelich was undeserved he didnt impress me at all. And to jack johnson 3 touchdowns is over rated which is what cody raymond did to northridge 3 touchdowns very over rated if its so easy to bring him down in the open field i am sure northridge would have a scheme to stop him

Good luck against Layton, Jordan. I hope you lose

northridge fan

The game could have gone either way, jordan did have the ball with some talented players, but no one will ever know what would have happened in the last 7 minutes. We only know what the facts were at the end of the game. Lets be honest Jack, Cody Raymond did score 3 times and one of those was a 61 yard TD. Anyone who scores 3 TD's in 1 game and is double or triple covered the entire game and winds up with almost 140 yards receiving against a great secondary isn't over rated. SHOW SOME CLASS and call it what it is Jack, he is a good player and that may be why he is twice ALL STATE. A good player, but not the only good player in Utah. With hard work, some class and a little luck maybe we will get a second chanse in the playoffs to see what the outcome of a full game might be.

Jordan Fan

Jack Johnson, give me a break. Northridge got outcoached, jordan kept running short passes because it worked. And the northridge coaches realized that if they played our receivers tight they would get beat over the top all day.

Football fan

Are you kidding me Jack? Jordans weak defense stuffed half of your runs in the backfield. The only reason you were even in the game was because of jordans weak kickoff team.
Oh and another thing, why would jordan have wanted to finish the game on saturday? First of all jordan had a better game plan. Playing the next day would give you time to adjust. Secondly neither teams wanted to more banged up which would hurt their chances at a win the next week.
