yes i got into this mess with my mortage now if i want out, you change the rules and i get a 3000 dollar prepayment fee to boot. unless i wait 6 months for you to make it even harder to get back to a fixed rate that i can afford ,have been paying on my home for sixteen years at a fixed rate . man said do this for two years and i can lower your payments lol yes i was a sucker head ! can you help me get back to a fixed rate that i can afford .
The fed ought to loosen up. If the rates continue to climb, we all are going to be in trouble.
