Comments about ‘Ex-teacher gets new trial in child-sex-abuse case’

How devastating to the family of the teenager. Guilty is Guilty. The State should consider if this person is a threat to someone eles daughter? We have 3 daughters that love sports of all kinds. I don't see how the questioning by a respectable Judge could intimidate an honest jury into imprisioning an innocent person. There must surely have been more evidence than just that. Apparently she could not "honestly" answer the Judge's questions, to where a jury beleived her, or she wouldn't be where she is at right now? Did any of the Supreme Court judges consider that?
