Though, hagin Gehry do something in Utah at this scale is great, why does this Mr. Brandt Anderson think he's so important that he has to create his own city/downtown? Why doesn't he try to help what is already here? To create a destination of its own and to replace or surpass aspects of downtown salt lake city or any regional center along the wasatch front is ignorant & naievely arrogant. it takes away from having a vibrant regional center, ie. downtown salt lake city.

This project is exactly the kind of thing we need in Lehi. It will provide commercial space and help reduce the need of all our residents to make long commutes to work or play or shop. It will be a nice compliment to the vision of Thanksgiving Point on the other side of I-15 from Anderson's development. We need commercial districts in more than just downtown Provo and downtown Salt Lake City.

I completely agree with Concerned Architect. This type of development is exactly the problem with Utah development. Utah needs to learn to develop, densify, and use existing infrastructure. It sad to see the sprawling suburbs while watching the decline of existing neighborhood centers. Lehi does not have the population, the density, and other factors to make such a development a long term destination.

What a waste of money, energy, and resoures...but that pretty much describes all of Wasatch Front development in the last 15 years.
