I want to get my son in this. He takes karate now but its no contact. I'd like to talk to someone about this--It worries me that my son may not even learn how to protect himself. btw. Des news should cover the UFC..

BJJ is for all ages! Its great self defence or just self confidence, once you start you will love it. I have been doing BJJ for 4 years! Everyone respects one another, that is one of the first things they teach, respect for yourself as well as others! But what a great Sport.
