La Caille is so hypocritical........for a little publicity they stop selling fois gras after 40 years in business by stating that they had no idea how it was produced. What a joke. They still have 2 Veal dishes on the menu, which is much more inhumane for animals.

Shirley, perhaps you should look into the production of Foie Gras. If you think it's production is less cruel than veal, you may be sadly mistaken. On par, perhaps, at best.
