There is definitely a lot of validity to the pricing argument. Utah is no longer a bargain and relative to the income levels it has become quite expensive. I still believe there is some overbuilding and even if prices dropped 10-20 percent builders would keep building at their current pace and demand is just not there regardless of the price. Utah will soon feel what the rest of the country already knows.
