I've known Mr. Carl Hernandez for many years. Although, I can not cast a vote for him in your city, I would highly recommend your vote go to elect him on your city council. You will not find any better man with his background and expirence who is able to see all angles and problem-solve for a win-win situations. He has truly worked his way through the ranks and therefore, can speak for everyone. I've seen Carl represent his city well when he lived in both Tulare and Bakersfield California. You will not find a more honest, trustworthy and sincer man.
