A VOTE SHOULD BE IN ORDER!
Summit County citizens do feel extremely strong about implementations such as these that get funding without real cause.
This trail will not resolve issues it will only cost everyone even if they do not use it.
This issue needs to be placed on a ballet instead of being shoved down our throats. And money spent on a project for people that do not pay for it!
