Another site pushing volunteer vacations is RezHub. Their approach is to take one day out of your already planned trip / vacation and give that to the community to which you are traveling. They have partnered with VolunteerMatch to provide volunteer opportunities in the United States. This makes it much more possible to everyone to participate in voluntourism, not just those that can afford to travel abroad.
