Human Growth Hormone does not make bones grow. It cannot increase hat of foot size. These are myths perpetuated by the writers of Game of Shadows, and regurgitated by ESPN's Buster Olney.

HGH may make bone thicker, but it cannot make bones grow. Therefore, if Barry Bonds' hat size did change, or if his shoe size increased, it had nothing to do with HGH.

Start doing real research instead of repeating myths.

HGH may not cause bone growth but Anabolic Steroids certainly do and HGH may not be the only thing that he's taken.
