As of now, the State of Utah can legally garnish up to 50 percent of mens income even if they are found not to be the biological father. In fact, after attending a rally in Las Vegas with roughly 50 thousand plus men ordered to pay child support many brought up disconcerting issues. First, contrary to what some articles suggest, many of these men attended the rally because they are not the biological parent of the child and have proven this through DNA testing.
However, despite this hundreds argued that their cases were dismissed by their State, as they did not respond to a short deadline, i.e., 15 to 45 days in most instances. Even when it was no fault of their own, i.e., being improperly served, victims of coercive and unethical practices by the department of recovery services, and or did not responded to a fraudulent claim of paternity, were obligated to give up their life, due to infidelity, deceit, lies, and even paternity fraud!
