Two years later, no retail stores. No tax revenue. I suppose "economic downturn" is the answer here, but is there ANY news on this? Have the stores given up? We talked about Home Depot and Costco and maybe Target somewhere in SF--anything out there on this one? It sure ain't in the newsletter that comes with the utility bill...
