I attended Officer Candidate School with Scott at Ft Mcllelan, AL. He was a great guy who inspired his fellow soldiers. I just returned from Afghanistan myself and understand the issues he was plagued with. My heartfealt sympothy goes out to his wife and family. I know he was extremely proud of them and talked about them constantly while we trained together. He was a inspiration and a role model for future soldiers to try and emmulate.

I was the NCO on LT Lundell's Company ETT Team and was on the patrol with him whem he was killed. My heart and prayers go out to his wife and children. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not thinking about Scott and that horrible day or of the loss that his family must feel after his death. I was blessed to know him the short time that I did. I know that he made a positive impact on the Afghan National Army soldiers and officers that he mentored. You can be proud of that.
