That is so sad that he would make a bad choice like that. I mean, he had become so strong in the LDS faith and had been converted and everything and all of a sudden there is a huge drop in his behavior. I just don't get it. It is so sad he would do that. Maybe he'll repent.

Our family loves Chris Heimerdinger's book and hope that he can get his web site back up and on with his life. Keep the divorce to themselfs and off the internet.

I'm a little late on my comment but I too was really disappointed when I found out. I love his books and felt like he was genuine. I don't know. maybe I was wrong or maybe there was something weird going on in his life. I too just hope he'll repent and move on.

I just finished reading the 10th book yesterday, and I love all of the books. Chris seemed so true to the faith that I just don't know why he would do something like this. I hope it doesn't effect the next book.

Wow guys, let's not jump to conclusions. A sterile police report rarely conveys all the things that led up to an action. There's not enough information in this article to conclude that anyone is no longer "true to the faith" or needs to "repent." The most we can say is, life certainly at its peak of happiness for either person, and we hope it gets better soon. No need to abandon confidence in anyone.
