I am an owner at marriot mountainside, I have a platinum week which I bought in 2000. My experience has been the same . Marriot overpromised and underdelivered. you can't get anyone on phone to make a reservation .And when you finally do after being on phone for 2 hours all the inventory is gone. What is the owners recourse.

There should be a law about rising cost of maintenance fees. Timeshare owners dont have the control of property development. Timeshare Owners are the bank to pay for the resorts and it's upkeep. As long as buildings go up, maintenance fees will go up. We are helping somebody or groups of people get rich.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! WESTGATE IS THE BIGGEST BATE IN SWITCH COMPANY OUT THERE.. THEIR MOTTO IS... IF THE OWNERS DONT HAVE PROBLEMS THEY DONT UPGRADE.....FOR ALL YOU WESTGATE OWNERS ....CAN YOU RELATE????? LOL...

WHY DO YOU THINK THEY HARRASS YOU AND FORCE YOU TO SEE A SALES REP EVERYTIME YOUR THERE OR SHOULD I SAY YOUR VIP REP , OR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, OR WHAT EVER THEY CALL THEM SELVES THIS YEAR....REMEMBER NEVER BUY AND YOU WILL GET THE WORLD AS SOON AS YOU OWN YOUR MARKED AND FORCE TO HAVE PROBLEMS......TAKE MY ADVISE UNPLUG YOUR PHONE ON VACATION AND YOU WILL BE SAFE FROM SATAN
