Bill Orton is a power-hungry liar. He claims to not want to be into politics, but takes every opportunity to get on his Liberal soap-box at his "day job" teaching at the University of Phoenix. In class there he's taken several opportunities to pontificate the reasons the terrorist have to hate America; siding with the "Freedom Fighters" as he likes to call them. Be glad he is not actively involved with politics anymore, we would have had TWO Rocky Anderson's on our hands.

With political season in full force, I've dipped into the various blogs and comments people have appended to news stories. I hope the degree of malice and borderline insanity I've noted there is not representative of the general population. It's sad that anyone would use online anonymity to indulge in character assassination and general viciousness.

Bill Orton is a good man. I say that knowing of his service and having met him. I don't know whether the opinions attributed to him by "associate of bill" are accurate. If I get a chance, I'll check and get Bill's side of the story.
