And I just saw Elvis on Hollywood Blvd. today in Hollywood.
He looked older, but he's still the king.
Now that almost Elvis Book of Mormon, I'm not so sure about that though.
But I really did see him...today.
Not a single day goes by that I read, hear, or see something that has made reference to Elvis. He is very much alive, he is alive in our hearts and the reason we keep him alive is because he makes us all smile within.
I am member of the and have been since i was eight yrs old. I was born two yrs after hte death of ELVIS and still to this day love his movies and his music. (most of them ;) I served a two yr mission in the great state of Arizona. I taught many people there, some high up in society some very low felt the same love for all of them. I've heard the story about Elvis just in the past yr or two. i have to admit, i had my inklings of doubt. Then i think back to the mission i served and the people i taught. Elvis deserves every right in the world to choose to accept or not accept the teachings the missionaries taught, it was up to him. I truely believe that if he were alive today physically ;) i honesty believe that he would be a member of the church. He was a man of spiritual wealth and new a good thing when he saw or "felt it"(referring to the spirt). I believe he now knows the truthfullness of the gospel.
Elvis can still be baptized Mormon which I believe he will Accept..We do have Baptizim for the dead in the Mormon church and I am going to make sure this is done for Elvis..He is being taught right now about the Mormon religion and I know he will find the truth he had been looking for.
God bless him and all who love him
