This is tragic that a young girl had to suffer such termoil due to an adult who sexually abused or molested a student of hers. It is becoming an epedimic in the society of the united states. What have or are we becoming. Over 500 billion dollar industry for sex slavery and now we have begun to know that teachers or adults in charge of our children are allowed to assault them or taunt them into acts that they may never normally due. when does this stop, why should they or their families have to suffer. It grieves me that the sentencing for such is so little and that the cost to families and their children are so great. When do we begin to protect our children and families from such abuse?

It is heartbreaking that Kelly's young life came to such a tragic and sad end because the pervert would not keep her hands off of this child.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST CASES OF CHILD ABUSE I HAVE READ IN A LONG TIME AND TRULY PRAY THAT THIS BECK PERSON GETS THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE POSSIBLE FOR WHAT SHE DID TO THIS YOUR GIRL AND THE TURMOIL SHE CAUSED HER PARENT AND THE YOUNG SOWELL GIRL. MAY AMERICA WAKE UP AND DO SOME TO MAKE THE PUNISHMENT FOR THIS KIND OF CHILD ABUSE SO HARSH THAT THE PEOPLE COMMENTING THESE CRIMES THAT THEY WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE WANTING TO DO TO OUR CHILDREN. WAKE UP AMERICA. IT DOESNT HURT TO BE IN PRAYER OVER THIS EITHER AND ASK GOD FOR HIM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL OF THE ABUSE.

This is an American Tradegy. Something that should not happen. Alot of people let this child and her family down it sounds like. I will pray every night. Please keep us informed of anything and everything involving this perpetrator. Kelly was a beautiful little girl, with so much to live for. Her mom is right, she is a hero! in my book also.

I am studying this exact subject. Teen/teachers etc. and the scandels behind some of the scenes. Thanks for the info. on this article. It helped alot in my thesis. This truely is sad. Sad indeed. You give these people the trust with the kids, and then once in a while, a sicko with obvious problems like this come along and destroy a childs life. This is an exceptional case, where the teen died. Sad...............
