Knowing the developers and builders of that area like I do, I was shaking my head when they built up there in the first place. They should bear the brunt of costs to fix that place up or move the homeowners elsewhere at the developers and builders expense. Can't we use mountains for hiking and nature? Why do you blockheads have to build homes as high as you can stack them up the mountains?? Oh yeah, for all the money you can stuff in your weasly little pockets.
