It takes 38 to pass any legislation, and in 2008 it was reported to me by Holly Brown that there are now 42 members of the Conservative Caucu. Utahns and those who love democracy and representative government need to be concerned as to whether their representatives are representing them or the Conservative Caucus. Incidentally, what does hazadous waste have to do with conservative values?
