Jessicas law is needed in this state With all the children we have the perverts are not punished like they should be and its a disgrace to the people of Utah. Ive lived here born here and no wonder we look bad to the rest of the states. we need our elected people to do theire jobs. and put the scums away. We as a people do not care about our children if we dont stand up for them. maby some guilty people dont want this passed strong words they need to be. We look bad enough with all the movies and distortion of our history. and we cant pass a law to send a message like nearly all the other states.were just inviting sickos here.
