It is a Violation of the UCCC(UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CREDIT CODE)For a PayDay Lender that is licened in Utah to conduct or make loans to a resident in another State. Unless they are lic. in that state as well. Most online PayDay Loan Companies do not know this law is in place in States that allow PayDay Loans. you must be lic. in every state you make loans to those residents. kansas for example requires a lic. to to business and if you do payday lons with kansas residents you must be lic. this applies to all states that allow payday loans
