Comments about ‘S.L. child's body found outside Houston’

Yesterday I read for this for 1st time. I had been told Ripkowski threw out the stuffed animal AFTER he killed the child. I was told this before Ripkowski was arrested, before the police knew the child was dead.
It has been over a dozen years but I have always believed the child was murdered in Utah.
I called a TXDPS officer before Ripkowski was arrested and told what I had been told.
No one has ever asked me any questions.

Dominique Elise Frome was in fact killed in TX. Britt Ripkowski was found guilty and confessed for the death of both Monica Frome and Dominique Frome. Thank you though for your thoughts and desired to help after such a long period of time. I am the sister of Domique and daughter of Monica, from my family and I we are grateful for the thoughts and help and generousity people like you have shown. So thank you, but the killing of Dominique was in Texas and Britt Ripkowski is on death row still in Texas.
