Comments about ‘Locked out — even from eBay customer service’

I too have been trying to get my ebay account unsuspened. It's impossible. I also think that a company this size would have an alternate way to communicate and solve problems. I've made a decision just to stop trying and buy my products elsewhere.

Well Folks, I found a phone number that was very helpful. LOL. It was a recording telling you where to fix your problems on the web, unless of course yu can't LOG in to your acount. I'm done with EBAY. As far as I'm concerned, if they can't at least have a number for major problems, then I can go some where else to do my business.
