Perhaps the reason there is a stigma attached to food stamps is because it should be stigmatized. Perhaps the reason many people that are not eligible are not getting food stamps is that requirements are too high and most have the dignity to be self reliant. It is good people are ot on food stamps or free breakfast and lunch programs. By the way there is no such thing as a free lunch. Someone else has to pay it. What kind of integrity is that?
