I've always liked Sarah Palin (or at least her persona), but she was a train wreck for McCain in every way. They should have known what they were getting well before they'd spent $500,000 on her vetting process. She was like a breath of fresh air at the RNC, but couric absolutely crucified her. She was never the same and her appointment looked more like desparation as the race wound down.

In the end it probably would have been a losing fight either way, but when the economy was turning south fast McCain could have at least put up a better fight with Romney as his running mate. Romney would have eaten couric for lunch on questions about court cases couric herself has never read, not to mention the economy.

Yeah. Ahhhhhh, I think I'll pass on this book. I think I can find a better use of my time. What little bit is listed in this article doesn't give me a warm, fuzzy feeling to go out and buy it.

I think Palin is a really good person and the world would be a better place if every mother took as good of care of their families as she did, but there is no way she is ever going to win a nation wide election.

Kids: winners never quit and quitters never win, unless your a conservative. When, I hear Sarah speak there's no arguing, she speaks like a conservative.

People like the idea of Sarah Palin (a politcal maverick), but the actual Sarah Palin scares us.

Palin is a great person | 4:44 p.m. Nov. 12, 2009
I hope Sarah takes a solo run for the big seat in DC. She is honest and that's what scares the rest of the idiots in DC. I wonder if the whole gig would have been different if Sarah would have been Obama's running mate and Clinton would have swapped party's and ran as McCain's VP? I'm going to buy the book. Maybe we in the Confederate Party can get Sarah to be our Candidate in 2012

I hope she does get the Republican nomination in 2012. That way Obama should tromp her by 25-30% pts.

Republicans need a good tromping in the mid-terms to perhaps wake them up that voting NO on important issues in congress is unpatriotic and obstructionist.

Nothing of substance to say so do the name calling, and putting down someone's beliefs. Pretty funny!
Sarah Palin is a strong intellegent woman who knows her values and her position on the important things. She is very articulate. I can hardly wait to get her book. She balances her life and her husband and children know they are loved and are very important to her.
I bet she can give many speeches without a teleprompter.

She worked against the legislature in Alaska in attempt to get the residents of the state to their elected representatives. Alaskans voted 30 years ago to move the capital and the legislature is still dragging its feet. Unlike Palin, the legislators do not want the voters to have access to them.

Should Sarah Palin have her own Talk Show to, along with her new book?. Going Rogue: An American Life, by Sarah Palin.

There's lots to talk about.

Barack Obama won election last year, aided by his claims of moderation and transparency, and the huge cover he received from the adoring liberal media. Many Americans gave the relatively unknown first term Illinois senator the benefit of the doubt, and are now coming to regret it.

Instead of centrist policies, they have seen an extreme far-left assault on private enterprise and personal liberties. From pork barrel "stimulus" to unprecedented government spending and debt, and auto company takeovers to the present attempt at a socialist seizure of health care.
