Also....We are crying about money but now we can buy the tickets!!!! nonsense
Why not show us the depth and richness of the American experience with some real talent and a speaker with some intellectual depth and without the political cynicism?
Again, we'll pass on this bit of tastelessness.
It amazes me, how negative and mean people can be. I wonder what motivates them to be that way.
The Jonas Brothers are laden with talent. I am in a band, I am a songwriter, and I like The Beatles, Rachael Yamagata, Billy Joel, Yes, Manred Madd, Paramore, The Climax Blues Band, Ray Charles, Townes Van Zandt, so many others. I also like The Jonas Brothers. It is a cheap shot to accuse them of making manufactured pop, claim they are talentless or can't sing. The Jonas Brothers make fools of people who say such things, and they don't even have to say anything to do that.
Gripe all you want about the entertainment at Stadium of Fire. Some years have been great, some not but in the end it's a grand celebration.
My favorites in the past have been the Flying Elvi with Huey Lewis and the News and Brooks & Dunn. Oh, I really thought the diving act was great when Martina McBride was here.
And this story is in the Features category. In case you didn't know, the features category isn't hard news. That's why it's called features.
Everything on the Deseret News site isn't all about the world economy, murders and war. The features category contains entertainment, leisure and advice. You need to take a lesson in Journalism 101.

Journey,Styx,Kansas, and the Doors are distant memories. Even the Beach Boys are better than Jonas Brothers.
