Google execs' trial sparks important debate

This case is about a crime committed by Italian youths and the video posted on
Google's Italian site. It is absurd that American executives of Google
could face jail in Italy over this. Besides, under US law, Google could not be
held liable for third party content. Since Google's hosting the video is
not an offense in the US, the Google execs can't be extradited to Italy.
But they will have to stay out of the EU and any other nations that would
consider this a crime. Better stay in the US, guys!
