We are in DC and were on the same flight as Gov Huntsman. He got here on Thursday.

Many of the govs are working hard. However, the failure to release their work schedules is garbage.
They are public employees, excuse me, and that means that we the taxpayers do have the right to know how they are spending their time.

They are not gods.

In response to yes: Governors are public figures and there are safety and security concerns which is why some states have laws against releasing schedules.

Where was Idaho?

Where was Idaho's Governor or do we have one?

Our governor is a fairly good leader, but he disappointed many of us recently by trying, unsuccessfully to raise the gas tas in our state. Fortunately, he failed and found another way to get some of the revenue for road construction.

Why was Sarah Palin in Kosovo visiting the troops?

What does Kosovo have to do with being the Governor of Alaska?

How many children did she take with her?

This womans actions get stranger everyday.

Try to keep up. She was visiting the Alaskan National Guard troops stationed in Kosovo.

Try to keep up, Alaska is easy to govern, and she's more interested in campaigning by visiting troops and beefing up her foreign affairs knowledge (aka, learning what Kososvo is).

> Why was Sarah Palin in Kosovo visiting the troops?

My son is in the Alaska National Guard on his second deployment to Kosovo. His Commander In Chief (Governor Palin) is there to visit him and his fellow soldiers.

Please read the article fully before you ask. It would answer your own question. I have no family members in the military but I feel it is important for our state, and national leaders to visit the troops around the world. It gives them first hand knowledge of what they are doing there, and gives the troops a morale boost, and they know they have not been forgotten. Yes times are tough and these leaders need to be careful on what trips they do take.

I find this a complete waste of time. The only one I searched for and would care to know about is Gov. Huntsman and I don't care about his weekly schedule. Furthermore, public servant or not, I don't need to know what he or any other governor is doing 24/7/365.

Waste of bandwidth, waste of print, waste of time.
