Blame Game | 3:51 p.m. July 27, 2009
Dear obsess | 1:35 a.m. June 29, 2009
Apparently you are totally illiterate in what happened during the Clinton era. The Clinton era pushed through these bills... fruits of that idiot legislation that Clinton and his cronies pushed through the congress.

--------------

My Gosh!! A little histroy lesson is due...

Who controlled the Senate and the House under Clinton from 1994 to 2006?

The Wigs? Nope!
The Federalists? Nope!

Those dang socialist democrats?!? Nope...

The Republicans!! Yes the good ol GOP was pushing this "idiot legislation".

Clinton didn't make the law it was the GOP in power in Congress just like today we have the Democrats.

Indeed I blame Clinton and the Pugs for acts like removing the Glass Steagle Act put in place after the Great Depression to regulate the finical system.

Has any presidency done more harm to our Constitution and economy that George W. Bush? If the lunatic fringe wants Obama/Biden ousted, that means our President would be Nancy Pelosi per our constitution. Pleasant dreams!
Obama in decline | 5:26 p.m. July 27, 2009
The Obama facade is becoming more transparent each and every passing month. People now understand some things about BO:

1. He is not as smart as once believed. His economic policies have economists across the country scratching their heads and his recent press conferences have analysts all saying... what???
2. He is much more liberal than once believed. Obama spoke as a moderate during his campaign but he is governing on the far far left. America is NOT a far left country and people are pulling their support.
3. Obama is a Chicago thug. A snake is a snake and Obama's past is certainly coloring his policies. Anyone who knows the Chicago political machine is saying Obama is a typical corrupt product of the system.
4. Obama is a radical. America is NOT radical.

I expect BO's popularity to continue to decline and unless he can reverse the unemployment decline his fellow liberals in congress are in BIG trouble come the 2010 elections.

Because power corrupts, society's demands for moral authority and character increase as the importance of the position increases.

Just wondering if all of the people on here backing Obama are going to follow the chosen one over the cliff of socialised health care?

At least think for yourself for once in your life and realize Obama is trying to completely destroy the best medical industry in the world. If we as Americans let the Federal Government run our healthcare system we will never recover. Just take a look at Europe and Canada, and the time that people have to wait to be treated.

If you think that Obama is telling the truth when he says he doesn't want to do away with private insurance, you are only fooling yourself. Obama wants nothing more than to control everything he can. As an Iraq Veteran believe me when I say you would rather go to a private hospital rather than a government hospital. Socialised health care equals government hospitals everywhere.

REAL TRUTH

We need access to a PUBLIC HEALTH CARE option to have true CHOICE and true cost controls.

If Medicare and Medicaid was privatized, do you think it would still be around?

It would of been bankrupt years ago with the money sharks of the private system in control.

I dont see seniors complaining about wanting to go to a privatized system.

Do you think any privatised insurance scam cares?

More importantly I dont see PEOPLE in the following countrys fighting for a privatized system.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France ,Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (England) Etc.

They can SLEEP BETTER knowing they all have COVERAGE.

People in all other countrys that have a public healthcare system also have options for private healthcare too!

They have more FREEDOM of choice than Americans.

Analysis by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and the Joint Committee on Taxation shows that the House bill that's being rushed through by Democrats would add $239 billion to the deficit in the next 10 years – and that's after raising taxes by $820 billion and cutting Medicare Advantage by $150 billion. Now do you understand? We can't afford it!

What a great opportunity for the liberal left to really learn about their cohorts in stupidity. Just spend 20 minutes and re-read the comments made. Hate, lies, dishonest representations of things said and insinuations about things not said. Go ahead, re-read them and you will get a new perspective on why so many conservative thinkers and those on the right are so opposed to Obama's agenda. Here is Government 101, HS level...for all those radical leftists who write so dishonestly:

The election in 7 states was carried by less than 1% of the States voters. But each one got all of the electoral college votes. One is called living in a democracy, the other is called living in a Republic. Don't distort the differences between the electoral college votes and the populace vote. And don't get on a public comment forum and try and re-write history to serve your own lies and dishonest comments. The simple fact is that the political conservative want less government in their respective lives. They want less government in church, less in the doctors office, less in the public school, family and bedroom. The Liberal want more.
Obama out and Beck in | 1:15 p.m. Aug. 25, 2009

We need Glenn Beck in the White House. Moral people must stand up for righteous leaders. God Bless America.

Sue | 12:41 a.m. June 26, 2009 - are you serious, "at no one's expense"? Are you a tax payer or just someone riding on the back of the working man/woman. You must think he's paying for all these initiatives out of his own pocket or from some magic piggy bank in the Treasury basement. Those who got in on CARS thank the tax payers for giving them $4500 and those that are buying houses thank the tax payers for the $8000 they have been given. I didn't get either of these freebies, did you. Do you honestly think that printing more money and giving away the farm is the way to go, especially if it means that we'll be the worst for it in the future, both immediate and long term. Hurray for green this and that and hooray for feeling good but it can't and won't last without a little dose of reality. I mean, how much longer can we support the failing industries, be it banking or auto or whatever. Guess we'll see. Go Green!

"I'll keep my mortgage, my money, my insurance; You can keep the CHANGE." I laughed so hard!
