We need more people like him, he keeps things interesting, I'd give anything to see him back on tv. That Dan the laugh top man is a poor rip-off of Super. I miss you Super. Glad I didn't get one of his computers however.

What's wrong with having a gun?

The real crime here is a grown man owning a wearing a fanny pack after about 1990.

With a stretch of the imagination, one might also argue that anyone who went to a BLM Auction and erroneously bid up oil and gas leases, by the same token might be allowed to walk free since in the long run, the whole auction had been considered inappropriate.

Dale, you are clearly a highly intelligent individual, but your manic behavior is going to be your ruin.

As a health care provider, I urge you to seek appropriate medical care and counseling.

Mr. Schanze may be found not guilty of all charges in the near future by a court of law. But NOT GUILTY and INNOCENT are not synonymous words. If I had two groups of salespersons- group A is not guilty of missrepresenting their products and group B is innocent of missrepresenting their products, a salesperson in group B would get my ear and perhaps my money. Hopefully I would know which group my salesperson belongs in.

Yeah, let's glorify those who provide a bad example to our kids by publicly "rocking the boat" with a disregard for authority and good sense...(note sarcasm)!

I love the fanny pack comment. :)

I always see interesting people at my family reunion, but I do feel for those that have to be at a family reunion with Dell. Good luck :)

Have a TOTALLY AWSOME DAY!!!

Ha, Ha, Ha, Superdell is a riot! Can't wait for your next big news story. Maybe you need a "Superdell" outfit to run around the city and fight crime! He'd be yelling "that's socialism" just like on his voting ballot!

I love this guy! He has a zest for life that is the envy of all his detractors. I wish he was the governer of the state of Utah. He would put a stop to the taxation without representation stuff.

If the crime was committed in 2008, then it doesn't matter what law was changed in 2009.

No, he would just run us into the ground just like he did his business, while making us look like back water hicks and crazy people, just like he is.

Jarvis is nuts | 5:49 a.m. June 20, 2009
The new gun laws were the best thing to come along in years, it reaffirms our right to carry arms for hunting or self defense. And self defense even means against an aggressive government or law enforcement violating our rights. Jarvis should remember who he serves, citizens, not his self appointed savior and above the laws of our rights attitude.

It was cleverly left out where all this happened and any circumstances of the prosecutors case. It seems that Sanchez is on law enforcements hit list to badger and constantly under surveillance. No other person in the state gets slammed with so many violations with persecution as Sanchez has been. He may not be the best citizens but he gets more of their attention than other drivers violating more serious driving laws.
