It actually sounds like UTA listened to their customers and even more amazingly, they just may have come up with a much better plan. Good work UTA for trying to make public transit as affordable as possible and the people will come.

Yeah, where are all the writers who love to call for John Inglish's head now? A little thanks, a little appreciation? Nah, just complaining. An entire bus load of people missed their train connection today because of the delays of helping one wheelchair rider on and off the bus, yet no one is screaming foul about that. A little appreciation for service and a little flexibility from all sides works pretty well.
