Keep it coming! | 6:19 a.m. June 12, 2009
Keep the rain coming. Let's have a green Utah this year. :)

If it keeps coming houses will start sliding down the hill like 1983.
Where are the doomsayers now? | 8:43 a.m. June 12, 2009
I thought Utah was supposed to be getting hotter and drier because of Teh Global Warming?

I love this Oregon Weather. I don't have to water my lawn or garden! Wooohooo
GREAT WEATHER! | 9:34 a.m. June 12, 2009
I love this weather! 70 degrees and misty rain - sort of Washington or Oregon weather.

AND TURN OFF YOUR AUTOMATIC SPRINKLERS! That means you cities and apartment complexes too! I love the rain - reminds me of the thunder storms in the East where I grew up. More rain now - more water when it's 105.
STEVE-O | 10:19 a.m. June 12, 2009
I pay for the water and I'll run my sprinklers every day if I want to!
I thought it was time for SUMMER! This weather is lame. I'm ready to hit the lake, or jump in the pool but instead I'm sitting in my house listening to the thunder. LAME!

Everyone needs to get out and play some golf after it stops raining of course. The courses are in awesome condition, heck play in the rain, there's no one on the courses.

Global Warming critics are quick to point out a week of cooler temperatures and ignore the overall trend of the past 100 years. What next? Tornados don't exist because we haven't seen one today?

Look around you. See the green lush landscape? Now, you can see why I like Northern California in the winter. It's as green as Ireland.
@Steve-O | 11:10 a.m. June 12, 2009
Just remember when you do that, just because you are paying for it doesn't mean there is a limitless supply. Don't be a jerk. Turn off your sprinklers.

And Global Warming Believers are just as quick to point out a single hot summer (such as in 2007) or a single large hurricane (Katrina) as evidence of Imminent Doom.

Speaking of long-term climatic trends, have you seen the latest satellite temperature data which show that aside from a temperature spike in 1998 the world's climate has remained relatively unchanged over the past 20 years?

In fact, according to the actual measurments the past two years have been the coolest since the early 1980's.

If we're going to talk about things that don't exist because we haven't seen them lately, Global Warming should be at the top of the list.

I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it! I say prayers of thanks every day for all this wonderful rain that helps the crops and vegetables and flowers grow. I think it's wonderful! But, that's just my opinion and feelings.

Now, can y'all consider sharing just a little of the moisture? I think we're almost an inch behind normal for the year, and May is normally our wettest month.

Our family lives in Utah, I work M-F in Seattle.

It's been sunny and warm in the Evergreen State - and hasn't rained in over 6 weeks.

Bring it on!!!

A little shift in the weather pattern strikes just the right amount of balance, it's wonderful.
